Project Description
Part demolitions and new build primary school extension and refurbishment for Bexley Council.
The project consists of significant alterations, building additions, and master planning of a locally listed 1/5 FE primary school in Sidcup for a phased building project during full occupation.
This has been a very complex project providing much needed additional accommodation including a new school hall, full production kitchen and modernisation of the classrooms and administration centre. The contract value is £ 3.5 million. Phase 1 was completed in March 2013. Phase 2 is due for completion August 2013.
