Appleby Architects have recently been commissioned as technical advisors to UTL Limited for the construction of 8 new build executive houses in Welling, Kent. We are currently preparing fully co-ordinated production information based on a design prepared by Alan Camp Architects. Our services also include discharging outstanding planning conditions. Site Visit 9th August 2013 Precast concrete beam and block floors almost completed and work commences on the above ground masonry walls. Site Visit 26th July 2013 Ground beams have now been poured and work commences on below dpc brickwork.
