Project Description

The Broomwood  Development is a replacement 5 bedroom house with a basement swimming pool and outbuildings, in Kent, completed 2012, contract value £1.4m. The house is located within Metropolitan Green Belt and planning permission was granted for the demolition of the existing house and replacement executive house and alterations and additions to 2 outbuildings.

The house provides 350 square meters of floor space over ground and first floor levels and a full basement level measuring 175 square meters providing a swimming pool, cinema room, laundry, gym and plant room. The project  included a new oak timber framed 4 barn garage outbuilding and the extension of a single storey outbuilding cottage.

The project took 3 years to complete from initial briefing and appointment to practical completion.
